Emily Everett has always had an interest in human health and science. With her experience in the healthcare field she discovered her love of teaching remedial exercise to her clients and expanded her expertise from there. She has had the pleasure of teaching Fascial Posture Training courses to fitness instructors at CPTN conferences in the past, and continues to study new innovations on health and fitness.
Emily has spent the last 8 years training clients in posture correction and maintenance, rehabilitation based exercise, functional movement guidance in collaboration with primary healthcare providers. She uses the knowledge gained in her massage therapy background to provide well thought and executed fitness sessions that improve her client’s strength, function and well-being.
Emily earned her diploma of Massage Therapy in 2007. She has a strong understanding of human anatomy, common musculoskeletal injuries related to sport, activities of daily life, and general wear and tear. She uses a broad spectrum of manual tissue release to help her clients with their overall goal of health and wellbeing.

Emily teaches her clients how to use various at-home instruments such as foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and tiger tails to maintain their body on their own, giving them the tools and confidence to take care of their health.
Emily uses her knowledge in massage therapy, yoga, pelvic floor health, and her keen understanding of body mechanics to create dynamic personal fitness sessions. The focus during these sessions is to train out of bad posture habits, while honing in on her client's overall fitness goals. She believes in her client's potential, and helps them discover new capabilities.
